Additional safety by means of temperature monitoring
The extension contains a sensor that measures the temperature directly at the vehicle battery. In combination with a battery fuse (at the positive terminal), your infrastructure is protected. The intelligent battery testing and charging system does not only show the measured temperature on the display, but also adapts the charging behaviour to the temperature. If the battery overheats due to a fault, the system cuts off the power supply and issues a message.
